Happy New Year! It’s been one year since I started The Woolagrapher. I’ve learned so much about myself and about owning a business - there’s so much more to look forward to. Having just published my first fall collection, Wooloween 2021, I’d like to reflect on the process, hurdles, and lessons I learned.I started the process for this collection hoping to produce more patterns; I quickly realized that if I tried to over-create, I wouldn’t produce patterns that I’d be happy with. So, I instead focused my efforts on two patterns (with a surprise one especially for Halloween). At first, it was hard to accept that I wasn’t going to be able to keep up with my original goal, but I’m glad I changed the focus.I got married a few weeks ago....
