I wanted to make a cute, Halloween friend out of spare yarn - and Stitches, the Friend was created! This pattern is a template for you to make your own friend with whatever yarn you have available. As such, I did not note when to change colors. Have fun - there's no wrong way to make your monster friend!

Notions needed:

5 Double Pointed Needles or circular needles for Magic Loop
Stitch markers
Scissors
Tapestry needle
Waste yarn

Suggested needles:

Knit using US 8/5.0mm needles
There is no gauge for this project. Stitches is meant to be a fun, hodge-podge, friendly monster.

Suggested yarn:

Worsted weight yarn.
Stitches was made with left over yarn from the "Lifted Veil" cowl pattern. Using that yarn is an option; Stitches, the Friend can be made with any worsted yarn.

The sample Stitches was knit using Blue Sky Fibers yarns:
- Woolstok - 100% Fine Highland Wool. 123yd(112m)/50gm. In colors: Driftwood, Dark Chocolate, and Rusted Roof.
- Woolstok Mini Skein - 100% Fine Highland Wool. 12yd(10m). Color - Spun Gold.
